What happens next?

Dawson will acknowledge your request and may contact you if anything needs clarifying.

We will consider what information can be shared, including information held by managing agents on Dawson’s behalf.

If information cannot be shared, the response should explain why and how to ask for a review.

Preparing for STAIRs

The information-request requirements start on 1 April 2027.

Responses are normally due within 30 calendar days of receipt.

If more time is needed in exceptional circumstances, Dawson will explain why and when to expect a response.
